Criminal Compliance Policy
FRENOS SAULEDA is firmly committed to managing its legal and regulatory compliance obligations in all the countries in which it has a presence, acting in a proactive, responsible and continuous manner.
As part of this commitment, it has been obliged to implement a Criminal Compliance Management System (SGCP), according to which it will identify and manage legal risks of a Criminal nature, and will have the means so that its governing body, its senior management, its employees and, to the extent applicable, its business partners; be aware of the legal obligations that apply to them and contribute, each from their role, to the generation of an ethical and sustainable culture within FRENOS SAULEDA.
As a tangible example of this commitment, FRENOS SAULEDA has developed this Criminal Compliance Policy. This policy serves as the central pillar of the SGCP, outlining the specific responsibilities and commitments acquired by FRENOS SAULEDA.
Antibribery Policy
This Policy aims to ratify FRENOS SAULEDA's commitment to compliance with ethical standards in the selection, delivery and receipt of corporate gifts and hospitality within the legal framework. In this sense, FRENOS SAULEDA promotes the establishment of business relationships in an ethical, transparent manner and in compliance with the legislation.
This Policy is dictated in development of the FRENOS SAULEDA Code of Ethics and Conduct and is part of the Criminal Compliance Management System, following the guide of the international standard ISO-UNE 37001 on Anti-Bribery Management Systems.
